Casio Computer Co Ltd is gearing up to unveil a distinctive digital watch, the A120WEST, which draws inspiration from the popular Netflix series “Stranger Things.” Scheduled for release on June 9, this watch will be available at a price of 12,100 yen.

The series “Stranger Things” is a captivating mystery adventure set in the 1980s in a quaint American town. The narrative kicks off in 1983 with the mysterious disappearance of a young boy, prompting his friends, family, and local authorities to delve into a world of secret experiments, supernatural events, and an enigmatic girl. The show is a heartfelt homage to the iconic 1980s films that enchanted a generation.

The A120WEST watch takes its cues from the A120 model, echoing the style of Casio’s digital watches from the 1980s. Its design pays tribute to the “Upside Down,” a parallel universe central to the series. The watch face is adorned with elements from the “Stranger Things” universe, featuring vibrant, colorful buttons typical of the 1980s era and a Demogorgon figure prominently displayed, symbolizing its intrusion into our world. When the LED light is activated, the show’s title appears printed upside down, hinting at the existence of an alternate dimension.
